Ben Dutnall
IPC’s Director is Ben Dutnall BSc, MRICS, who was elected a Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in May 1998, register number 103210. IPC is registered under The Estate Agents Act 1975 as an authorized practitioner (Ben Dutnall) in the Isle of Man and holds professional liability insurance as required by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Alex Lennox
Alex has been working at Island Property Consultants since 2002 and in that time he has developed strong communication skills within the firm which he has used to negotiate and complete numerous residential/commercial transactions and he deals daily with rental landlords/tenants of rental properties. Alex is currently studying for the Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property by The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA.)
